𝙍𝘼𝙋𝘼𝙏 𝙋𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙋𝙐𝙍𝙉𝘼 𝘿𝙋𝙍𝘿 𝙆𝘼𝘽. 𝙎𝙄𝘼𝙆SIAK – Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Siak menggelar Rapat Paripurna Lanjutan dengan agenda Tanggapan dan/atau Jawaban Pemerintah Daerah Terhadap Penyampaian Pandangan Umum Fraksi tentang Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) tentang Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Tahun Anggaran 2025,di Ruang Rapat Putri Kacamayang, Gedung DPRD Kabupaten Siak, pada Senin (6/7/2026).Rapat Paripurna yang dilaksanakan di ruangan Kacamayang ini dipimpin oleh Wakil Ketua II DPRD Siak LAISKAR JAYA, didampingi Wakil Ketua I H. SYARIF. S.Ag. MH, serta dihadiri oleh beberapa anggota DPRD Kab. Siak yang berjumlah 18 Orang, Mengacu Kepada Tatib DPRD Kab. Siak bahwa dengan jumlah ini Kuorum telah terpenuhi seperti yang telah di sampaikan oleh sekretaris DPRD kab. Siak dalam hal ini di wakili oleh Kabag Risalah dan Persidangan RIDWAN. N. M. Pd pada pembukaan Rapat Sidang Paripurna ini.Tanggapan dan/atau Jawaban Pemerintah Daerah Terhadap Penyampaian Pandangan Umum Fraksi tentang Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) di bacakan langsung oleh Bupati Siak, Dr. Afni Z, S.Ap., M.Si. Bupati Siak menyatakan terimakasih atas pandangan umum dari masing-masing Fraksi DPRD Kab. Siak, dimana hal ini menjadi bahan Evaluasi untuk meningkatkan Capaian Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), dana transfer pusat, serta evaluasi terhadap belanja modal agar lebih Efetif dan Efesien, Bupati Siak Juga menyampaikan Bahwa Pemerintah Daerah Berkomitmen  untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tunda bayar terutama yang terjadi di Tahun 2024, dengan  kesepakatan yang telah ditetapkan sewaktu pertemuan antara pemerintah Daerah dengan setiap Rekanan. selain itu pemerintah Daerah Akan Selalu melakukan evaluasi silang yang konstruktif antara pihak legislatif dan eksekutif demi pembangunan Kabupaten Siak yang lebih baik untuk masa yang akan datang.Turut Hadir dalam Rapat Paripurna ini unsur Forkopimda, para Kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), tamu undangan, serta rekan-rekan media.Humas dan Protokol Sekretariat DPRD Kab. Legal Socialization in the Context of Increasing Legal Awareness for Students Sponsored by the Legal Section of the Siak Regional Secretariat Together with the Siak Police Team at the Darul Hadist Sultan Yahya Islamic Boarding School, Siak Regency

Raising Legal Awareness of Students, the Siak Regional Secretariat's Legal Section and the Siak Police Conduct Outreach at the Darul Hadith Islamic Boarding SchoolSIAK, [10/03/2026] – In an effort to protect the younger generation from legal violations and negative influences, the Legal Section of the Siak Regency Secretariat (Setda), in collaboration with a team from the Siak Police, held a Legal Outreach event at the Darul Hadith Sultan Yahya Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes), Siak District, Siak Regency.The theme of this event was to increase legal awareness among students to create a safe and orderly educational environment. This program is part of a series of integrated legal outreach programs routinely conducted by the Siak Regency Government at various schools and educational institutions in the region.In addition to providing an understanding of legal awareness, this outreach also integrated the Green Policing program. Siak Deputy Police Chief, Commissioner Akira Ceria, S.I.K., M.M., who led the police team, emphasized the importance of students not only obeying state laws but also showing concern for environmental sustainability and educating them about tree planting.Several key points conveyed during the socialization included:• Juvenile Delinquency Prevention: Education on protecting women and children from the dangers of drugs, bullying, and traffic discipline.• Public Order and Security Awareness: Encouraging students to become pioneers in maintaining security and order within Islamic boarding schools and the wider community.• Legal Compliance: Providing a basic understanding of the legal consequences of criminal acts so that students are more vigilant in their actions.Synergy Between Government and Law Enforcement OfficialsThe Legal Department of the Siak Regional Secretariat, represented by Mrs. Yulianty Sembiring, SH, stated that this collaboration demonstrates the regional government's commitment to providing legal certainty from an early age. By targeting Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), it is hoped that the students will understand the importance of obedience and adherence to the law.The Darul Hadith Sultan Yahya Islamic Boarding School welcomed this initiative. They believe that legal education is crucial for students to remain focused on their religious education without getting entangled in legal issues that could harm their future.The activity concluded with an interactive discussion between the counseling team and the students, who enthusiastically asked various questions about legal issues in everyday life.

Socialization of Legal Counseling to Improve Student Order in the YAMATU Tualang Vocational School Environment by the Legal Section of the Siak Regency Secretariat and the Siak Police Team

TUALANG, SIAK – In an effort to protect the younger generation from negative influences and legal violations, the Legal Section of the Siak Regency Secretariat (Setda) in collaboration with the Siak Police Department held a Legal Counseling Socialization event at Yamatu Tualang Vocational School, Tualang District, Siak Regency, on Tuesday (March 3, 2026). This activity aims to increase legal awareness and create order and discipline among students as part of the school community. Preventive Education for Students In their presentation, representatives from the Legal Section of the Siak Regency Secretariat emphasized the importance of understanding regulations from an early age so that students understand their rights and obligations as citizens. The material presented covered legal aspects related to juvenile delinquency, school disciplinary regulations, and the prevention of violence in educational environments. Meanwhile, a team from the Siak Police Department provided special education on the Protection of Women and Children, the dangers of drug abuse, bullying, and traffic compliance. "Students are a national asset. Through this outreach, we want to ensure they stay away from crime and maintain a conducive environment in their schools and homes," said a representative from the Siak Police Department during the outreach session. Appreciation from the School The Principal of Yamatu Tualang Vocational School, Mr. Rustami, S.Sos., M.Pd., welcomed the collaborative initiative between the Regional Government and the Siak Police Department. He stated that the direct presence of the Siak Regional Secretariat's Legal Division and the Siak Police Department at the school has had a positive psychological impact on students' adherence to regulations. "We are very grateful for the visit by the Siak Regional Secretariat's Legal Division and the Siak Police Department. The material presented is highly relevant to the challenges facing today's youth, particularly regarding social media ethics and road safety," he said. The activity concluded with an interactive discussion session where students were given the opportunity to ask questions directly about legal issues frequently encountered in everyday life. This activity focused on strengthening character and legal understanding to prevent juvenile delinquency and increase compliance with school regulations at YPPI Vocational High School in Tualang District, Siak Regency, on Tuesday (March 3, 2026). The event, held in the school hall, featured speakers from the Siak Police Department. The main topics covered the dangers of drug abuse, the negative impacts of bullying, and traffic regulations, which are key concerns for students in Tualang District. Early Prevention The school emphasized that legal awareness is crucial for young people to prevent them from engaging in actions that could harm their future. "We want students to be not only academically intelligent in engineering and computer science, but also possess a strong legal awareness as good citizens," said Ms. Yuniarti, S.Pd., the school's principal, in her remarks. Student Enthusiasm Students from various majors at SMK YPPI Tualang enthusiastically participated in the question-and-answer session. Many consulted about legal sanctions related to social media use and driving etiquette. Through this education, it is hoped that strong synergy will be fostered between the school, the police, and parents in maintaining order in the community. Strengthening of Human Rights Capacity and Counseling in the Context of Increasing Legal Awareness for ASN in the Regional Secretariat Environment from the Ministry of Human Rights West Sumatra Regional Office, Riau Working Area

On Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 2:30 PM WIB, in the Raja Indra Pahlawan Meeting Room of the Siak Regent's Office, a Human Rights Capacity Building and Counseling activity was held to increase legal awareness for civil servants within the Regional Secretariat of the Ministry of Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, West Sumatra Regional Office, Riau Working Area. This activity was sponsored by the Siak Legal Section in collaboration with the Siak Police in 2026. The invitees attending the event were as follows: - The Siak Regent was represented by Assistant I of Siak Regency, Dr. H. Fauzi Hazni, M.Si. - The Siak Police Chief was represented by the Deputy Chief of Police, Commissioner Akira Ceria, SIK., M.M. - The Head of the West Sumatra Regional Office for Human Rights, Riau, was represented by the Coordinator for the Riau Region, Mr. Max Mahdy S.Sos. - Head of the Legal Division of the Siak Regional Secretariat, Eddy Sugandi Tahir, SH., MH. - Heads of Divisions of the Siak Regional Secretariat - Civil Servants within the Siak Regional Secretariat This activity is a strategic and constructive step in strengthening legal understanding, particularly for civil servants (ASN), as government officials who play a vital role in providing services to the public. Legal awareness is not merely knowledge of laws and regulations, but also encompasses attitudes, behavior, and a commitment to carrying out duties in accordance with applicable legal and ethical norms. Civil servants, as the frontline of public service, must be exemplary in their adherence to the law, as the integrity of state officials significantly determines the level of public trust in the government. Through this outreach activity, it is hoped that all participants will be able to: Improve their understanding of legal provisions relating to the duties and functions of civil servants. Avoid potential legal violations that could harm themselves or the institution. Cultivate a professional, transparent, and accountable work culture. Disampaikan pula pentingnya kepatuhan terhadap hukum untuk menghindari risiko, baik dalam hal kecil seperti ketertiban lalu lintas maupun pelanggaran yang lebih besar.Acara ini merupakan pembukaan kegiatan penguatan kapasitas hak asasi manusia (HAM) bagi pelajar SLTA di Kabupaten Siak, yang dihadiri oleh pejabat pemerintah, kepolisian, dan narasumber dari berbagai instansi. Pentingnya edukasi HAM untuk membentuk generasi muda yang menghargai keadilan, perbedaan, dan nilai kemanusiaan, serta mendukung visi kabupaten ramah anak dan inklusif.
